Our densest coverage, most calls here get a same-day window, and our trucks pass through these towns every morning out of Southington.

Middlesex and lower Hartford County. Same-day service when available, next-morning arrival on everything else.

Salt air is hard on condensers and water heaters. We schedule shoreline work in blocks, so booking a day ahead gets you the tightest window.

We take calls just outside these lines all the time, especially for installs and generator work. Give us your ZIP and we'll tell you straight away.

Do you charge a travel fee for the shoreline towns?: No. Our diagnostic fee is the same in Old Saybrook as it is in Southington, you pay for the visit, not the mileage.
How fast can you get to me in an emergency?: No heat, no hot water and no cooling calls jump the queue. In the Farmington Valley and Hartford zone we can usually be there the same day; on the shoreline it depends on where the nearest truck is when you call, and we will tell you honestly on the phone.
Do you handle all four trades in every town?: Yes, heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical are all licensed and staffed in-house across the full service area, so one call covers whatever the house throws at you.
Can you service a rental or second home while I am away?: We do it constantly for shoreline and lake properties. We will coordinate access, send photos of the work, and follow up with a written summary of what we found.
